Stimulate it always, with below tips:
- Do puzzles, sudoku, number games, etc games which enhance visual-spatial ability.
- Keep physically fit. Exercises causes the brain to produce a kind of fertilizer that helps build a new brain connection.
- Keep up your social life. Mix with different types of people.
- Learn new things - to generate more brain cells.
- Try to avoid prolonged and severe stress - can affect neuro-transmitters and may impact its functions.
- Eat food that's good for heart and brain - fruits, vege, fish (DUHHHHHHHHHH).
- Think young - people who perceive themselves as old are more likely to display signs of being old.

3. I find Melayu susah nak buat ni. Suka flock together especially bila duduk overseas. Somebody should tell them to get out there and experience life. Rather than dok bergaul dgn spesies samaaaa aje. Minda tak berkembang, horizon not expanding. tapi bila nampak Melayu lain banyak kawan yang spesies lain, mengata. [speaking from experience]
4. totally believe in this but haven't actually done something totally novel in 2008, disappointed with myself, too engrossed with school :( 2009 nak pick up a new skill.
5. HAKUNA MATATA! and solat.

Tapi, tak brainy puuuuun, Dalin??????
If you ask people at random, who wants to be in the world of academia? The answer - Only brainy people who want to develop brain of others. You choose the right field. Kalau u rasa u pun tak brainy, then tell me who is? George W Bush?? Hosni Mubarak?? Come on babe...PHD people - permanent head damage..hehehe..
